These charges are automatically added at the checkout. Should you choose to return your purchase for any reason for a refund this postage charge is non-refundable.
Deliveries are made by courier and/or Royal Mail. We will endeavour to deliver your goods within 3-10 working days from your order date (subject to product availability and any delays caused by peak or holiday periods)
Please note, deliveries are Mon-Fri only, if items are dispatched on a Friday you will receive your parcel on the following Monday unless it's a bank holiday than you will receive it on the Tuesday.
On receipt of your order and payment clearance we will dispatch your goods as described above. Once goods have been dispatched we will advise you by email.
If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.
Orders of more than one item may be dispatched separately and therefore arrive at different times.
Delivery will only be made to the cardholder's registered address which may need to be verified before dispatch. We will, in certain circumstances, deliver to another address. Please contact us via email to be sure that this is possible before you order from us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging using Royal Mail only
