WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of purchase in its' original unworn condition and we will refund the product price. We reserve the right to impose a £5 charge (or otherwise where deemed appropriate) if the goods/box are returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale. IS DELIVERY FREE?
No; postage & Packaging are charged at £4.95 per item. Orders outside of the U.K. are charged at £15.00 per item. These charges are automatically added at the checkout. This postage charge is non refundable.
HOW LONG IS DELIVERY/DESPATCH
We will endeavour to deliver your goods within 3-10 working days from your order date (subject to product availability and any delays caused by peak or holiday periods). Deliveries are made by courier and/or Royal Mail. Please note deliveries are Mon-Fri only, if items are dispatched on a Friday you will receive your parcel on the following Monday unless it's a bank holiday than you will receive it on the Tuesday.
IF MY SHOES ARE OUT OF STOCK DO YOU STILL CHARGE MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?
We only take payment from your card when we despatch your order. If a shoe is out of stock we will not charge your credit/debit card account until the shoe is back in stock and we have despatched it to you. If you order a number of pairs and we are only able to despatch part of your order, we will only charge your account for the shoes actually despatched.
WHAT DOES LOW IN STOCK MEAN?
Low in stock means we have limited availability of a specific line so it may not be available. You will recieve an email if we can notfulfill a specific style.
WHY HAS ONLY ONE PAIR ARRIVED?
We despatch items on order as soon as stock is available to us.This may mean that multiple orders can arrive separately.
CAN I HAVE DELIVERY TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS/PERSON?
Delivery can only be made to the cardholder's address that appears on the card.
